How the figure is worked out
- The calls you miss in a week, multiplied by the share of those callers you think would have booked, gives the jobs a week that never happen.
- Multiplied by what a job is worth to you, that is a weekly figure.
- Per month is the weekly figure times 52 weeks divided by 12 months. Per year is the weekly figure times 52.
