OFFSHORE ASSISTANT VS. AUTOMATION

An offshore assistant is cheaper by the hour, and you're still the one managing the work.

They need your instructions, your corrections and your logins, and their workday can start when yours ends. We build the follow-ups, bills and client updates into your own QuickBooks, email and calendar, so they run on your schedule and in your accounts.

What the hourly rate leaves out

The rate is the part you see on the invoice. The rest lands in your evenings: writing instructions, checking work, and answering questions that came in while you slept.

Getting them startedYou record walkthroughs and write instructions, and when the assistant changes, you train someone new from the beginning. We learn your process on the discovery call and write it into a plan before anything gets built.
The time differenceA question they send at their midday can reach you at midnight, so the answer waits until your morning. Each step runs when the thing that starts it happens, whether that's a lead at noon or a voice memo at nine at night.
Checking the workYou review what they send, catch the wrong vendor on a bill, and send it back to be fixed. The same steps run the same way every time, and anything that needs a decision comes to you to approve.
Your loginsSomeone overseas has the passwords to your QuickBooks and your inbox. The work runs in accounts you own and control, and you decide what has access.

When an offshore assistant is the better fit

If the work changes every day and needs a person to think it through, like research, untangling a messy customer issue, or calling around to vendors, a good assistant can handle what automation can't. The same goes for one-off projects that won't repeat often enough to be worth building. If you already have a trained assistant you trust, keep them, and let the repeat work run in the background so their hours go to the tasks that need a person.

Questions owners ask

Isn't an offshore assistant cheaper?

By the hour, often yes. What doesn't show up on the invoice is your own time: training, checking, correcting and working around the time difference. On the discovery call we can sort out which of your tasks repeat enough to automate and which still need a person.

Can automation work alongside my assistant?

Yes. The repeat work, like entering bills into QuickBooks or sending lead follow-ups, runs on its own, and your assistant takes the tasks that need judgment. That means fewer hand-offs to explain and fewer things for you to check.

Who can see my data?

Your records stay in accounts you already own, like QuickBooks and your email. The AI step runs on your own AI subscription, so that provider sees what it works on, and the account is in your name. We don't move your records into a system of our own.
